Registration
All registrations must be completed through our designated booking system, Sawyer. Access our "Classes" tab and select the respective activity's "Sign Up" button, or use this direct link to access Sawyer.

Withdrawals/Refunds
In the event of a necessary withdrawal before the session commencement, a full refund will be granted (excluding non-refundable registration fees). However, any withdrawal occurring after the second class will not qualify for a refund.

Payment Options
Recognizing the financial considerations of our participants, Rising Stars offers flexible payment plans. Our class tuition can be divided into up to three installments via Sawyer. For additional financial assistance, kindly complete our Financial Aid Intake Packet.

Dance Class Attire
For the safety and optimal training during dance sessions, appropriate attire is mandatory. Non-compliance with the dress code may result in exclusion from the class. Refer to our detailed Dance Attire page for comprehensive guidelines.

Physical Touch
Theatre, dance, and movement instruction may necessitate physical contact among students and instructors. At Rising Stars, fostering a safe and consensual environment is paramount. We prioritize students' comfort and always seek their consent before incorporating exercises involving physical contact. Should you opt out of allowing your performer to engage in such interactions, please reach out to us, and our team will address this accordingly.

Photos, Videos & Social Media
During classes, our staff or faculty may capture images or recordings for promotional purposes—online or in print. If you wish to withhold consent for your performer's image to be used in this manner, kindly notify us, and we will ensure your request is duly acknowledged and respected.
